CSI in every project

Continuous Sustainable Improvement.

Success, safety and lean, built to last after we leave.

  1. Find the root causeNot just the broken part
  2. Fix and prove itTested under load

  4. Report the resultsBefore and after, in writing
Example retrofit: a stronger photo eye mount and guard extension, drawn, fabricated and installed.
Inspections, programs & reports

Know what's about to fail, and keep people safe.

Every inspection ends with a written report: what we found, how serious it is, what to do now and what to add to your preventive maintenance.

Thermal imagingPanels, MCCs, motors, bearings and gearboxes scanned under load to catch loose connections and overheating early.
Equipment evaluations & PM reportsCondition by system, a health score, an action plan and PM updates.
LOTO programsMachine-specific lockout procedures, energy source tags, annual audits and training.
Ultrasonic & acoustic testingMotors, bearings and gearboxes trended against baseline to catch wear early, plus compressed air leak surveys with the cost of every leak, all in an analysis report.
Safety programs & training

Safety that lives on the floor, not in a binder.

We design your safety program, roll it out shift by shift, train your people and keep it running with toolbox talks, audits and an incentive program that rewards the right things.

About

Built by people who've worked the floor.

Grace & Co. Systems is a family-run company under A Place for Grace and Company LLC.

We come from steel mills, rail, maintenance shops, warehouses and construction. We fix equipment, make it safer and build the simple tools we wished we'd had.
